Description
We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our Customer Success team, who is enthusiastic about crypto and the possibility of being a part of an amazing project, seeking to develop positive customer experience and to support brand loyalty. This is a full-time position (8 hours per day) with reporting to the Company Customer Success Lead. In this position, you will work closely with all the Team and have an active role in the realization of the Company’s strategy. This is a position that has true startup experience - no bureaucracy, and the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on a growing business.
Responsibilities
- Managing all steps of the campaign process: campaign strategy and brief creation, influencer identification and outreach, budget negotiations, contract execution, maintaining project trackers, supporting briefing calls, content review and approvals, social monitoring, metrics tracking and reporting.
- Onboard new users on the platform and build relationships with them, increasing conversions to the products.
- Improve the experience of existing users and clients. Understand the KPIs related to products and services.
- Work closely with Marketing and Customer Supports teams to improve the Customer Success department's performance.
- Generate new ideas to find new approaches to the customers, drive the best practices and provide feedback from the market to the teams.
- Communicate with customers through various channels (IP telephony and email/Telegram/Facebook/ WhatsApp, etc.)
- Use CRM and others in the development of your functions.
- Hold product demonstrations for customers;
- The main focus of your responsibilities will be to increase the activity of the clients (existing and new ones). Since your position implies a focus on the result, then we offer a two-part salary: a base (fixed) part and a bonus part for the trading/exchange volume of clients (users who are using Loans, Multi HODL, Turbocharge, or Dual services) who were contacted by the Customer Success Department.

Requirements
- Experience working in crypto / FinTech field;
- Experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or PR communications
- Responsible and teammate;
- Highly organized and able to multitask;
- High education degree;
- Italian level – Native or Advanced (B2, C1)
- English level – Advanced (B2, C1).
