Position

Human Resources Intern

Description

We are looking for Human Resources Intern, to join our HR team, who is enthusiastic about crypto and the possibility of getting insight into all HR procedures and processes, grabbing knowledge, researching best HR practices, and developing as an HR professional in the fast-growing FinTech industry. The ideal HR Intern should provide administrative support to the HR team in a timely manner and be passionate about constant growth and change: one of our fastest growing Offices is in Montenegro’s Capital- Podgorica, and the ideal candidate will relocate there and provide all necessary help to a crew, who is creating some amazing products, on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures;
  • Updating all HR administration on regular basis;
  • Assisting in the recruitment process;
  • Assisting in Onboarding and Offboarding;
  • Assisting in further development of Employee performance evaluation and self-assessment;
  • Providing all necessary information regarding relocation;
  • Organizing the arrival at the Office including all equipment and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Interested and enthusiastic about crypto, IT, and blockchain impacts on HR development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate information;
  • Responsible and teammate;
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task;
  • High education degree; preferably in the field of Psychology;
  • Familiar with Statistics;
  • English level – Advanced (B2, C1);
  • Ready to relocate immediately to our fastest-growing Office in Montenegro’s Capital, Podgorica.
